Austin Deal 2020
Jason brings over 24 years of experience in capital markets, financial services, and real estate. Before entering commercial brokerage, he served as Regional VP of Institutional Investment Sales, where he raised more than $1.5 billion in new assets for institutional clients.
That background isn't incidental — it means Jason evaluates deals the way institutional buyers do, understands how financing affects pricing and structure, and has the relationships to bring qualified capital to the table when it matters.
As a broker, Jason has closed over $200 million in transactions with private and institutional investors. He earned the "Great Whale Award" for the largest Austin-area commercial deal in 2020 — a recognition of both deal size and the complexity it required to close.
His approach is client-first, always. Every engagement starts by understanding your goals — not by pitching whatever's in inventory. He holds a Texas Real Estate Broker's license, Series 7, 6, 65, and 63 securities licenses, and earned his B.A. from Westmont College. He is also a Paul Harris Fellowship Award recipient through Rotary International.

Corridor Focus
Gary brings more than three decades of operational and sales leadership to Verisyn Partners. His background is as much entrepreneurial as it is transactional — he's served as principal of multiple companies, guided start-ups through growth stages, and held executive roles at AT&T and Southwestern Bell where large-scale operations and complex negotiations were the day job.
That operational foundation gives Gary a perspective that most commercial agents don't have. When he walks a property or evaluates a deal, he's not just thinking about price per square foot — he's thinking about how a business actually runs out of that space, and what the long-term implications look like for both buyer and tenant.
Gary's focus at Verisyn Partners centers on the rapidly expanding Austin/San Antonio corridor — one of the most active commercial markets in the country. He holds a BBA from Texas Tech University and completed graduate coursework in Information Systems Analysis at the University of Dallas.
