About Jason
Jason brings over 24 years of experience in capital markets, financial services, and real estate. A former Regional VP of Institutional Investment Sales, he raised more than $1.5 billion in new assets before transitioning his expertise into commercial brokerage. As a broker, he has closed over $200 million in transactions with private and institutional investors, earning recognition such as the “Great Whale Award” for the largest Austin-area deal in 2020.
Known for his client-centric approach, Jason focuses on understanding each client’s goals and tailoring strategic plans to achieve them. He holds a Texas Real Estate Broker’s license and multiple securities licenses, including Series 7, 6, 65, and 63. Jason earned his B.A. from Westmont College and is also a Paul Harris Fellowship Award recipient through Rotary International, reflecting his dedication to honesty, professionalism, and stewardship.

His career includes serving as principal of multiple companies, leading start-ups, and guiding significant real estate and business transactions. Gary’s blend of entrepreneurial vision and executive experience provides clients with a unique advantage in identifying and executing commercial real estate opportunities.
